Preparation: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
· 500g Wholegrain oats
· ½ cup Bukwheat
· ½ cup Hazel nuts
· ½ cup Pumpkin seeds
· ½ cup coconut shreds
· 3 Heaped Tbsps Cacao powder
· 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
· ½ cup dried dates (chopped)
· ¼ cup cacao nibs
· 150mls Maltexo or Rice malt syrup
· 150mls melted coconut oil
· pinch of pink himalayan salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius
2. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and combine.
3. Melt coconut oil and Maltexo together.
4. Combined wet ingredients with dry and mix well (use hands to create clumps). If you like more clumps in your granola add more maltexo.
5. Spread thin on baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisps.
6. Enjoy
Note: We made 6 trays of granola. Feel free to half ingredients for less.
